Empire Board Game Library in Albuquerque is hosting an official CATAN United States National Championship Qualifier Tournament. We will have 3 preliminary rounds, and move directly to a 4-person Final Table following the Preliminary Rounds. If there are more than 28 participants, there will also be a semi-final round following the 3 preliminary rounds. There will be a maximum of 32 seats available.

The Qualifier Winner will win a guaranteed seat at the 2025 CATAN United States National Championship Tournament. The 2025 CATAN US Nationals will be held August 16–17, in Denver, Colorado. The top 16 players will each receive one Rivals for CATAN “Klaus, Guardian of Catan” card. The top 4 players will receive a set of promo Catan pieces, and the winner will also receive a promotional Catan pin.

ELIGIBILITY: All participants must be residents of the United States and be 18+ years of age by the date of CATAN Nationals. Winners of 2024-2025 season Qualifier Tournaments are not allowed to play in additional Qualifier events leading up to the 2025 National Championship.
