Labor Day weekend is Albuquerque's biggest board game event and it's your chance to buy and sell used & new board games!

We'll be selling the games that have rotated out of our library as well as some of our rare and hard-to-find games!

And that's not all; people just like you will be selling their games as well - and let me tell you, they're looking to make a deal!

So come on down to Empire bright and early to claim your board game bounty - we open the doors @ 9 and the sale ends at noon when we revert to our normal operations.

How it works. Please read before signing up.

Our Garage Sale works on a Sell-for-Credit system where buyers pay Empire and we in turn issue credit to the seller equal to the amount of the sale. Additionally, sellers have a 10% discount on all purchases made on garage sale day!

So that everyone is prepared for the throng of marketeers, sellers should arrive no later than 8:00 (preferably earlier.) This allows us to ensure that everyone involved is properly equipped, has an adequate understanding of procedures, and has time to completely set up.

To avoid last year's table space issue and overall reduce my stress, once sign-ups are closed I'll send out a table plan so that we have assigned spaces, can make any requested changes, and have a plan ahead of time.

Sellers will also be provided coffee and a breakfast burrito courtesy of Empire ☕🌯
